Clinic Open
The Utah Department of Health Family Dental
Plan Dental Clinic is now open at the Granite Technical Institute (see
address below). The clinic will treat patients enrolled in Medicaid, the
Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIP), and Primary Care Network (PCN).
The clinic provides check-ups, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments,
sealants, fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures. For questions
