The Mobile Health Clinic is coming one last time to Kearns Junior High this school year! They will be here on April 13th from 8-2 pm. Attached please find the flyers in both Spanish and English. Remember that these are FREE appointments for people without medical insurance. Please share this information with your contacts, friends, family or come for an appointment yourself! It's best to make an appointment but walk-ins are always welcome!

Doctors will be seeing patients from 8am-2pm. They will be located in the northeast parking lot of the school. All of the appointments are full but if you or anyone you know needs to be seen please come. The best time for walk-ins is either first thing in the morning or around noon. Students can be seen if we get permission from their parents (over the phone will work). The Mobile Health Clinic will be at the school again on October 13th.
