Marijean Woolf
This year Ms. Woolf is entering her third year as Principal at Matheson
Jr. High, having also been the Assistant Principal here for two years
prior to that. Before coming to Matheson Ms. Woolf was Assistant
Principal at Westlake Jr. High where she also taught a self-contained
ED unit. In public education Ms. Woolf also taught at Jefferson Jr.
High and at Hillcrest Jr. High. In the private sector she directed
various private programs serving youth and students with special needs
and circumstances.

Every
year at Matheson we have the wonderful opportunity of having a graduate
student from BYU's Leadership Preparation Program (LPP) as an assistant
principal for three month intervals. This program has received state
and national recognition, and over 90% of LPP graduates currently hold
administrative positions.
Karen
Chatterton has been an elementary school teacher in Washington County
and Granite School District. She has a master's degree in Teaching and
Leadership and has an extensive background in dance, art, and theatre.
Ms. Chatterton has served on state curriculum committees and as an
elementary science specialist for Granite School District. Ms.
Chatterton has six children and nine grandchildren.
