One of the most exciting competitions is the “Language Bowl” in which 4-person teams answer questions about hundreds of bits of French geography, history, food, famous people, and other cultural information. Other students compete in recitation of a poem or dramatic reading, testing pronunciation skills. Both fairs also have French Spelling Bees.
