The scientific method is a way to learn about the world around you. You notice things and ask questions.

You start with a simple question like, "Where do frogs go in the winter?"

The basis of the scientific method is asking questions and then trying to discover the answers.

This web page will help you learn to use the scientific method step by step. It will help you learn to think like a scientist.

You will need to keep a notebook of some of the activities done in these lessons. when the lesson instructs you to print a page, you should place it in the notebook. You will be using some of it in later lessons, and some of it will be evaluated by your teacher.
