During a time when the HR/Benefits office is typically swamped, Benefits secretary Colleen Lynch took the time to ensure that a person at her desk was properly taken care of. Here’s the scoop:

“I went in this week at 8 a.m. and she was very willing to pull off her desk to help me. She was very patient when I did not have my login information and took the time to find it for me.”
“This is a very busy time of year for her office, and she made time for me!”
“Then, to top everything else off, she remembered who I was when I called her back the next day and asked for some more information.”
“Colleen is really into helping people with a smile and sincere interest.”
