Tuesday, November 19: Parents Day
Parents Day is an initiative designed to spotlight the importance of parental involvement by inviting parents to take part in classroom activities.
Wednesday, November 20: Educator Support Professionals Day
This day focuses on the importance of school employees who make significant contributions to student success and public education as a whole, including secretaries, classroom aides, custodians, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, librarians, and others.
Thursday, November 21: Educator for a Day
Educator for a Day allows members of the community to perform the duties of a regular educator – teaching a class, performing lunch duty, recess supervision, etc. – to experience a day in the life of a school employee.
Friday, November 22: Substitute Educators Day
This day acknowledges the need for quality individuals to serve as substitute school employees. These individuals provide essential support in the absence of teachers.
