It’s time to begin nominating your favorite educator for the 22nd Annual Huntsman Awards for Excellence in Education.
The awards recognize the efforts of individuals who continually seek ways to improve the quality of education in Utah. Eleven educators from around the state will be selected for their professionalism, positive influence, and creative approaches to reaching children.
Nominations are open for any Utah public school teacher, volunteer or administrator. Forms are due Friday, March 14, 2014.
Last year, two Granite School District teachers received the award: Marcelle Ross of Cottonwood Elementary and James Felt of Olympus High School.
