This week’s Customer Service Star goes to Copy Center Operator David Gibbs from the Printing Center. David provided some exceptional service to a fellow employee who didn’t expect such quick service. Here’s the story:
“I had an order of cards that I wanted to be printed so I took the card over to him at the Printing Center. He was very kind and courteous, and very conscientious of how I wanted the cards printed.”
“I was very impressed with his kind demeanor and attention to detail. You can only imagine my happy surprise when the cards came to me in today’s mail. I couldn’t believe he finished them so quickly!”
“I know the Printing Center is very busy, and I expected to wait at least a couple of days. He was right on top of it.”
“Thank you, David, for making my job easier and helping me to better serve our teachers. It is very much appreciated.”
