This week we have a double Customer Service Star to award to two network technicians in the Information Systems Support Center.

“No matter how daunting the task is, Matt and Ian will undertake the challenge of terminating all the many cables in the data center for every building by industry standards and with top notch appearance.”
“Every employee in the district is impacted by the work these two fellows do behind the scenes and seldom noticed.”
“Next time you log onto your computer and start your work day, take a moment to thank Matt and Ian for the connection you are using and try to imagine how that ‘blue wire’ got there as you serve the district in your duties.”
