Customer Service Star – Beyond the easy way

April 2014Granite Schools

customer-01

Preschool Services secretary Julene Maddocks doesn’t settle for the easy path when it comes to helping others. Here’s how one visitor described her experience:

“I stopped in to ask a preschool question in regards to my granddaughter and Julene stopped working on her stack of work to help me. She could have just told me that the deadline for preschool was passed and gone on with her work, but instead she took the time to check to see if there were openings in the program I inquired about.”

“She found that there was still room and checked to see what immunizations were needed and put together the necessary forms for not only this school year, but the next year as well.”

“She also answered all other questions I had. There was another person that came in after me and she made sure their needs were met, too.

“Sometimes in our busy lives we do what is easiest, and not try to go the extra mile. In my opinion, Julene went the extra mile and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.

Is there someone you know who deserves to be recognized as a Customer Service Star? Send an email to customerservice@graniteschools.org and tell us about your experience.

Julene is incredible, and is well deserving of this honor. Julene greets families and staff with such kindness and a helpful attitude each and every day. We are proud to have Julene as a preschool staff member
