Although a thick brick wall separated the two exhibits, there was an obvious connection between the student art displays inside Robert Frost Elementary and the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art’s truck parked outside.
While the art pieces and performances inside the school allowed families to see the progress of students as they learn the basics, the UMOCA Art Truck provided a perspective on the potential future for aspiring artists.
The event was also filled with numerous reminders of student capabilities in the realm of visual and performing arts.
