This week’s Customer Service Star goes to two custodians at the Granite Education Center who impressed a co-worker with their joyful attitudes.
This message was sent to GEC head custodian Chuck Hiatt:
“I just wanted to let you know how helpful Danny Higginson was. We called and needed tables right away, and he brought them right over and was so cheerful about it.”
“Then, when we needed the garbage boxes picked up, he was right there making sure they were gone before our director got back in town. Brett Chamberlain was right there helping as well, and they were both so polite and willing to help.”
