Dozens of show cars, big rigs, and novelty vehicles lined up at Kenworth Sales Company in West Valley City in support of cause much larger than a 80,000 lb. tractor-trailer.
The 6th annual Rods, Hogs & Rigs Extravaganza included raffles, food, and entertainment along with a car show spanning multiple parking lots. All proceeds from the event went to support Stansbury Elementary School’s Extended Learning Program, which provides students who are behind with extra assistance before and after school and during summer months.
The Extravaganza has raised funds for the Extended Learning Program and other initiatives at Stansbury for the past five years.
Special guests – including Governor Gary Herbert, Olympic gold medalist Derek Parra, and mascots from local sports teams – were on site at the Extravaganza to judge the car competition and provide entertainment.

It’s a bit late to attend this event. Why not tell about it prior to the happening!
