This week’s Customer Service Star goes to two individuals who lent their support during an especially busy time of year.
“Eastwood Elementary recently got a new secretary unexpectedly. We have received lots of support from some district folks, especially Brent Severe at Granite Education Foundation and Jodi Halaeua from Human Resources.”
“Brent let us ‘borrow’ his secretary to assist the new secretary in learning new practices.”
“A few weeks ago, we needed to enter some substitutes into the Subfinder system for some trainings that were to occur on Tuesday right after Labor Day. We (the new secretary and I) were frantically trying to do this on the previous Friday afternoon.”
“After we reached our frustration level, I emailed Jodi and she did it for us! What a relief this was. We were able to leave knowing we were covered.”
