This week’s Customer Service Star goes to two staff members at Olympus High School who covered for a coworker who was out with an illness.
“Doreen Yates and Rachael Morton have manned the phones, answered parent questions, and have organized the massive number of students and parents requesting schedule changes starting August 6 until now.”
“They have really gone above and beyond to help families and students, especially Doreen who has been the ‘face’ of the Olympus High School counseling center in Linda’s absence.”
“Doreen’s position and location as attendance secretary places her on the front line working with every request individually while also completing her required daily tasks.”
“I would love to see Doreen and Rachael acknowledged for their work in serving the parents and students of Olympus.”
