In an effort to curb the spread of the flu virus this year, Granite School District has partnered with Community Nursing Services to have on-site mobile flu shot clinics to visit schools during the fall.

Community Nursing Services is a Preferred Provider and is contracted to directly bill the following insurances: Aetna, Altius, Blue Cross, DMBA, Educators Mutual, PEHP, Select Health, Summit Care, United Health Care, Medicare part B, some Medicare Advantage Plans. VFC vaccine may be available for uninsured children or children with Medicaid and Chip.

Additionally, the clinic will accept cash, check or credit card for self-payment situations where an individual is not covered by insurance.

Flu shot: $35              Flu mist (nasal spray): $30
