This week’s Customer Service Star goes to a member of the Transportation team who stepped up to fill in for two employees who were away.
“Molly McDonald works in our Transportation office as a supervisor. Recently we had two of our staff gone due to illness, etc.”
“Because of her knowledge of what their jobs entail, she was able to step in and cover for both of them. We have lots of phone calls to our office, and she is always cordial with the public and helps them with their concerns.”
“She works well with our drivers. We appreciate her efforts.”
