This week’s Customer Service Star goes to a secretary at Lincoln Elementary who makes it a point to keep a good attitude and stay on top of the changes that happen at the school
“Milena Pehar is an essential piece to the school and the community. Milena is at her job every day with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Milena is honestly there for the students, the parents, the faculty, and staff.
“As parents and students come into the office she greets many of them by name. She makes them feel like they are her first priority.”
“She truly exemplifies that they are our customers. As Lincoln is continually going through so many changes, Milena is here right alongside us welcoming the new members of the faculty, helping with the new procedures and routines, and helping keep the existing procedures running smoothly.”
“We all know that if we need anything, Milena will be there for us.”
