This week’s Customer Service Star goes to an individual who takes time to ensure everyone is taken care of, even those who are not her direct responsibility.
“Claudia Edvalson is our first on the front lines at Hunter High School. She receives all the emergency calls and all the wrong numbers.”
“She receives all the lost dogs and kids; sometimes escorted by an officer. On Valentines Day, she becomes the florist for Hunter High.”
“Needless to say she keeps things rollin’ along with a smile and major self-control. Hats off to our ‘First Responder,’ Claudia.”
