KUED is accepting nominations for outstanding teachers in its annual Teacher Innovation Awards. KUED will recognize five educators, grades PreK-12, for the 2014-2015 school year.

This year KUED is expanding the awards to any educator who is using innovative classroom techniques. Winning teachers will be featured in a video documentary, be highlighted by The Salt Lake Tribune, and will receive a cash prize.

Last year, Bennion Elementary teacher Amber Palmer was among the five winners.

Nominations will be accepted until January 15, 2015. Submissions forms can be found here.
