This week’s Customer Service Star goes to a bus driver who is always willing to, literally, go the extra mile.

“Eastwood Elementary would like to nominate Frank Peterson, our bus driver, for the Customer Service Star.”

“Frank takes the time to get to know each student on his route. He brings them birthday and holiday treats, and he gives his contact information to parents. He is diligent in delivering our students to and from school and field trips.”

“He made the cute brownies you see in the photo for our staff. We really love our Frank!”
