Students at Hillsdale Elementary were delighted to see characters from Disney’s popular ‘Frozen’ movie handing out scores of books in the school’s library this week.

Behind the getups were family members of Utah Senate President Wayne Neiderhauser, who delivered a flood of Dr. Seuss books donated by the Legislative Spouses Club.
