This week’s Customer Service Star goes to an office team that has created a welcoming, positive atmosphere for students, parents and staff.

“Shawna Cluff, Cris Brimley, and our attendance and counseling secretaries Deb Despain, Shirlee Carroll, and Consuela Reynosa are outstanding at Churchill Jr. High.”

“We receive compliments regarding how parents and patrons feel welcome every time they enter the office. Students that attended Churchill in previous years, some even as adults with kids of their own, will come by just to say ‘Hi’ and remark how much they appreciated the office staff while attending Churchill.”

“These ladies go above and beyond just greeting students and parents by getting to know them personally and taking time to give them encouragement and support. They are therapists to almost all our staff and faculty, and provide a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on when needed.”

“We at Churchill could not be more lucky to have fine ladies such as these take care of us and our students.”
