For the second year in a row, The Warrior Ledger has earned a First Place award from the American Scholastic Press Association.
Every year the Association critiques and ranks student publications nationally based on content coverage, design, general planning, art/illustrations, editing, and overall creativity. Only one other student newspaper in Utah received a First Place award (coincidentally The Warrior News at Weber High School).
“We are ranked among the top high school newspapers in the nation, which is a huge honor to our awesome journalism staff,” said Taylorsville journalism teacher Stephanie Floch.
