We are very grateful for all the volunteers who visited schools during United Way’s Day of Caring. Our students, families, teachers, and staff will benefit from their service for years to come.
For example, at Granger Elementary volunteers leveled books to help students and teachers identify books to match reading comprehension. At Moss Elementary, new garden boxes were installed for each grade level. Over at South Kearns Elementary, volunteers painted murals in hallways throughout the school.
Many other schools were the recipient of generous contributions – both monetary and service time – from dozens of businesses and organizations during the day. Thank you!
