I notice that these principals only communicate with parents. I always thought one of the primary roles of a principal was COMMUNICATION with their school’s staff. They should also oversee the AMOUNT of activities required of teachers OUTSIDE of their classroom. If the primary job of school’s is to EDUCATE STUDENTS, the principal must be the FIRST LINE of DEFENSE when it comes to ANYTHING that interferes with the learning process in the classroom. Neither of these is happening in the GSD.
