There are problems that take a committee to solve, and then there are problems so complex they take one outstanding person to solve.
“Principal secretaries recently received new computers. Even though they installed all my print drivers back, I could not print to the main office copier. Several people, both school and district employees, looked at the issue and could not solve the problem.”
It was suggested we put in the work order to copiers instead of the network people and Gerald Bell came out. Gerald had to do some research to get the correct drivers back, but he took the time to go the extra mile to see that we received the service we required.”
“His ability to understand and translate our frustration into fixing the problem was incredible. He was kind and friendly to our patrons as they came in the office and would allow me to wait on them as he would wait to get back on my computer.”
