Upland Terrace Elementary is the Region 8 winner in the 2015 National Red Ribbon photo contest.

The National Family Partnership received hundreds of photo submissions and more than a quarter of a million votes for the entries. Only ten school entries were announced as winners.

The school received an iPad and $1,000 to be used for drug prevention programs.
