Athletes from all across Granite School District took home medals and honors from recent state wrestling and swimming tournaments.
The Skyline High boys and girls swim teams repeated as 4A state champions. The Cottonwood High boys swim team took second place in 5A, and the Cottonwood girls team came in fourth place.
Kearns High swim coach Chris Horne was named Girls Coach of the Year, and Skyline swim coach Joe Pereira was named Boys Coach of the Year.
