Staff members with the Transportation Department lost a combined average of 5.8 percent of their body mass during the Waist Management challenge.

Tom Given, Director of Transportation, was the top male participant in the competition for whole district, and led his staff to claim ‘The Rock.’ Here are this year’s winners:
