The Granite Association of School Administrators has recognized four administrators for their outstanding service during the 2015-16 school year.

The Administrator of the Year awards are given out each year to those who have made a positive impact on the district and, most importantly, its students. Each recipient was nominated by his or her co-workers.

This year’s awardees include:

Assistant Principal of the Year:
Aaron Wilson, Granite Park Jr. High

Elementary Principal of the Year:
Dr. Sharon Prescott, Pleasant Green Elementary

Secondary Principal of the Year:
Dr. Garett Muse, Taylorsville High School

District Administrator of the Year:
Don Adams, Assistant Superintendent of Support Services
