Diamond Ridge Elementary head custodian Loni Brandol ensures students, parents and teachers have a great experience when they come to school. This is from one of her colleagues:
“She is constantly helping students in the halls, the cafeteria, or on the playground. If something needs to be done and you ask Loni for help, it will be done within 5 minutes, usually sooner.”
“The incident that struck me today occurred after students had left for the day. One car was still sitting in our pick-up circle. They had run out of gas. Loni, whose shift was over but was staying late because her staff was short-handed, immediately went out and gave them enough fuel to reach the gas station.”
“It is obvious that she loves the kids here at Diamond Ridge, and she is a key factor in developing the best learning environment for them. She makes coming here every day enjoyable for students, teachers, and parents. There are countless other examples I could give, but suffice it to say that she gives excellent customer service to all of our patrons.”
