Cottonwood High student Brian Herrera is an honorary team captain of the football team. He wears a Colts jersey on game day and often leads the team onto the field.

Brian suited up for the varsity game against Taylorsville High School. He received the opening kickoff of the second half and ran the ball down the field for a touchdown.
