Larry Shumway of Art Works for Kids presented a report on the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program in Granite schools. Representatives presented the board with original artwork and a check for $1,000 to go toward art supplies in the district.

Tina West, Director of Elementary Schools, and Alan Parrish, Director of High Schools, presented Calendar Options for the 2018-2019 School Year. A survey will be distributed to parents, employees and students to determine the favored option.
Mitch Nerdin, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, gave a Title I Schools Report to the board. The report detailed a proposal to designate one additional Title I school in the district.

The board approved a first reading of the 2017-2018 Secondary Fee Schedule as presented by Alan Parrish, Director of High Schools.
The board approved a first reading of the Employee Health and Immunization policy as presented by Doug Larson, Director of Policy & Legal Services.
