High expectations are critical in all CTE programs, along with a plan for when they are not achieved.
CTE programs are about change, quality and constant improvement.
Learning should be fun and meaningful.
All education is “career education”.
Clear pathways to further training and/or employment are important elements of all CTE courses and programs.
