Kearns High School has entered a Secure Protocol at the direction of law enforcement due to an ungovernable student on campus. Law enforcement is currently with the student and they are addressing the situation. The protocol has been initiated by law enforcement out of an abundance of caution. To be clear, there is no direct threat or safety concern for our students or staff.

Parents, please do not come to the building at this time as you will not be allowed inside. During a Secure Protocol, the outside doors are locked, and no one is allowed in or out of the building. To reiterate, this protocol has been initiated out of an abundance of caution.
