However, due to limited resources, (grounds, buildings, staff),<strong> scheduling priority is given to government\/municipal partners and returning renters in good standing.<\/strong> New clients are welcome to submit requests, and we\u2019ll do our best work with you to find a time and space that fits. However, our fields are in increasingly high demand, so be aware we may not be able to accommodate your requests(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fe48e5de wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"http:\/\/ut1.mlschedules.com\"><strong>Click Here to Submit Your Rental Request<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submitting a Request<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All rentals are processed through&nbsp;<strong>Facilities Schedules<\/strong>&nbsp;(formerly ML Schedules).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an account or sign in using Google or Microsoft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your group is approved, you can log in and submit requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need help? Contact <strong>Darci Orban at 385-646-4409<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For facility rentals, visit our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/facilityrentals\/\">Facility Rentals Page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit requests <strong>at least 14 days in advance<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a valid <strong>Certificate of Insurance<\/strong> before requesting. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insurance coverage must meet the following requirements:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$1,000,000 per occurrence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> $3,000,000 aggregate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granite School District and the school or location where the event is taking place must be listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured on a primary\/noncontributory basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-profits must also provide a <strong>501(c)(3)<\/strong> document for any available discounted rates. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Field rental seasons- weather permitting:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Spring:<\/strong> March 15\u2013June 30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Closed:<\/strong> July<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fall:<\/strong> August 1\u2013October 15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/17iyIxFJayrsHHvzAOvPhY6ABY_VFNw5c\/view?usp=sharing\">14 Points of Field Policy \u2013Field and Parking Lot Renters Only (PDF)<\/a> for weather cancellation policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finding a Field<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For green spaces, use the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.graniteschools.org\/FieldFinder\/\">Field Finder Map<\/a><\/strong> for an aerial view and cost per location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If interested in a stadium or tennis courts, view costs here: <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1zW3F_2DsWnUabGY4jGbFl4IjMxafYZfv\/view?usp=sharing\">Playing Fields (PDF)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit the site(s) in person (outside school hours) to verify size, condition, and usability for your group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Availability shown on Facilities Schedules calendar may not reflect all scheduled events\u2014confirmation is required.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rental Limits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Priority is given to current renters in good standing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beginning Fall 2024: <strong>Maximum 4 rental days per location<\/strong> (exceptions case-by-case).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certain activities may not be approved on our green spaces due to the damages they may cause our fields. For specific requests, please call 385-646-4409.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Approval Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Rental Office will work with location administrators to verify availability, adjusts fees, and issue final approval.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For certain field spaces, personnel may be required:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervisors\/Admin, Custodians: <strong>$50\/hour<\/strong> per person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security: <strong>$60\/hour<\/strong> per person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll receive an email from Facilities Schedules when your rental is approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will also receive a copy of your rental contract, with the declined rental dates listed, to have on hand during your rental events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019ll receive an invoice with all fees before payment is due.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For our cancellation\/credit policy, please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1wLmntka71l0MfkBPNBYMSll6sJTnxBUF\/view?usp=sharing\">Field Policy (PDF)14 Points of Field Policy \u2013 Field and Parking Lot Renters Only (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment can be made by check or credit card.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send checks made payable to&nbsp;<strong>Granite School District<\/strong>&nbsp;to:<br><strong>2500 S.
