They are able to focus better and have better behavior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Eat Breakfast At School?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your body needs to refuel after a long sleep so that your muscles and brain have energy all day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those who eat breakfast are more active, have more energy and more endurance throughout the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will have an increased ability to remember, problem solve, and concentrate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It promotes healthy eating habits and helps kids maintain a healthy weight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arriving on time for school breakfast means you won&#8217;t be tardy to class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is convenient for parents and students with busy schedules, saving time in the morning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students eligibility is the same for breakfast as it is for lunch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All schools in the Granite School District offer breakfast in some form!
