Pay by contacting our office with a credit or debit card. All students pay the annual registration fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you have registered for a Limited Admission school<\/strong> you must also provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a copy of&nbsp;CURRENT proof of address (This proof must show the address as &#8220;service address&#8221; or &#8220;property address.&#8221;&nbsp; It can be a mortgage statement or rental agreement, or a water, gas or electricity bill <strong>in one of the parents&#8217; names<\/strong>.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our mailing address:<br>Granite Preschool Services<br>2500 South State Street<br>Salt Lake City UT&nbsp; 84115<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our email address:&nbsp; preschool@graniteschools.org<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our fax number:&nbsp; 385-646-4671<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for registering your child!
