Granite School District understands that being a parent of a child with special needs is hard work. It is often confusing to navigate the special education system and know what resources are out there. The Parent Liaison Program is a partnership between the Utah Parent Center, Granite District schools, the Special Education department, and parent designees, designed to educate and open pathways of communication between parents, educators and the district.
The Granite Parent Liaison Board and the Utah Parent Center firmly believe that effective and on-going communication is the key to a successful educational experience for children with special needs.
