This form is now accepting nominations for the current 2024 – 2025 School Year.
Student Evaluator Permission (Google Form)
This is for students who will be reading for the Elementary Novels Committee.
APPEALS INFORMATION
The following appeals form is for a teacher/parent of a current GSD student requesting:
- A novel be removed from instructional use from the district approved list (there is a different process for removal of texts from library, please see Ed Tech’s page for that information).
- A review of a previously nominated but not adopted novel
- A change in approved grade level
- A change in a novel’s annotation
2024 – 2025 Appeals Form for GSD Approved Novels (Google Form)
This form is accepting appeals for the current 2024 – 25 school year. This form will stop accepting appeals in May 2025.
