The Payroll Office pays approximately 12,000 employees and expends approximately 35 million dollars each month in wages and benefits. Granite School District pays employees on a semi-monthly basis. Direct Deposit is mandatory. Current and prior Paystubs and W-2’s are easily accessible to employees through the Employee Web Portal.
Common Payroll Forms
Direct Deposit Application
A form to Establish or Change the account and/or financial institution where your net pay is deposited. Please contact the Payroll Office for changes made during the summer months.
Deduction Cancellation Form
A form used to cancel a voluntary payroll deduction. Criteria must be met to cancel certain deductions. Please contact the Payroll Office for cancellations made during the summer months.
IRS Form W-4
A form the employee completes so your employer can withhold an appropriate amount of Federal and State income tax from each paycheck.
401(K) Plan, 457 Plan, or ROTH Plan with URS
A link to Utah Retirement Systems’ web page. Used by employees to add or change 401(k), 457, or Roth, retirement contributions.
Participating Tax-Sheltered Annuity Companies (403b Plans)
