Using a Phone – Downloading Report Cards

Once you log into the Focus App, click more info next to the student you would like to view their report card.

Click on the Reports tab for the student.

Select the report card you would like to view.

The report card will open in a web browser on your phone. It may take a minute, but it will also download to your phone. If it doesn’t display, please go to the web version to download.

Using a Computer – Downloading Report Cards

Log into your Focus account.

For the student you would like to print their report card, click on the reports tab in their student tile.

Click on the report card you would like to print.

This will show a loading screen until the report card completely loads. This may take a minute.

This will always display the most current report card available.

From this screen, you can download the report card or print it using the buttons in the top right corner.
