Title: VACCINES FOR CHILDREN IMMUNIZATION CLINICS

The Granite School District Nursing Department will be offering VFC immunization clinics during the 2026–2027 school year at the following locations:

Olympus High School

4:00-6:00 PM • Alumni Room

• September 24, 2026
• November 12, 2026
• January 14, 2027

Granger High School

4:00-6:00 PM • Alumni Room

• October 29, 2026
• December 17, 2026
• March 18, 2027

Who is eligible?

All children enrolled in Granite School District, kindergarten through 18 years of age, who meet one of the following criteria:

• Enrolled in Medicaid
• Enrolled in the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
• American Indian or Alaska Native
• Uninsured
• Underinsured* (insurance does not cover immunizations)

2026-2027 UTAH STATE-REQUIRED SCHOOL IMMUNIZATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE
