Acadience Math (Grades K-3)
Overview
Acadience Math is a state-mandated assessment for grades Kindergarten through third. It is a universal screener mathematics assessment and progress monitoring tool that assesses a student’s foundational knowledge and basic skills. The assessment includes subtests for number identification fluency, next number fluency, missing number fluency, advanced quantity discrimination,computation, and concepts and applications.

Overview
Acadience Reading is a state-mandated assessment for grades Kindergarten through third. It is a universal screener reading assessment and progress monitoring tool that assesses a student’s foundational knowledge and basic skills. The assessment includes subtests for letter naming fluency, first sound fluency, phoneme segmentation, nonsense word fluency, reading fluency, reading comprehension, and retell fluency.

ACT (Grade 11)
Overview
American College Testing (ACT) is a standardized exam designed to evaluate high school students’ general educational development and their readiness for college-level work for grade 11. The test covers core subjects typically studied through the third year of high school: English, reading, mathematics, and science. The ACT is the most commonly submitted college readiness assessment for local universities.

Reports Available:
Reports are available 2-3 months after the student has completed the ACT. They can be found in the student’s MyACT account. Results can be sent directly to a university of choice if students have completed their MyACT correctly before testing. High School transcripts with ACT scores are available, please ask the school’s secretary.
Aspire Plus (Grades 9-10)
Overview
Utah Aspire Plus is a hybrid of ACT Aspire and Utah Core test items. The assessment includes subtests for Reading, Math, and Science. Utah Aspire Plus is used for both proficiency and growth calculations for 9th and 10th grades, and it provides students with a predictive score for the ACT, which is taken by all Utah grade 11 students and is the most commonly submitted college readiness assessment for local universities.

Dynamic Learning Maps (Grades 3-11 Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities)
Overview
Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) is an alternate assessment system designed for students in grades three through eleven with significant cognitive disabilities to measure growth and proficiency according to their academic goals created in an IEP. The subtests designed to assess student achievement include English language arts, mathematics, and sciences.

Overview
The Readiness, Improvement, Success, and Empowerment (RISE) assessment is designed to assess the knowledge, skills, and abilities described in the Utah Core Standards. The assessment includes subtests for reading, math, and science for grades three through eight and writing for grades five and eight only. RISE is used for both proficiency and growth calculations and provides benchmarks to assess a student’s academic progress on core standards throughout the academic school year.

STAMP (Grades 3-9)
Overview
STAMP (the STAndards-based Measurement of Proficiency) is taken by students in grades three through nine who are enrolled in the Dual Immersion programs (Spanish, French, and Chinese). It is a national standards-based assessment that measures language learning across three modes of communication (interpersonal, presentational, and interpretive) and provides information about a student’s ability to listen, speak, write, interpret a reading passage, and/or listen to and interpret spoken language.

WIDA (Grades K-12 Multilingual Learners)
Overview
The World-class Instructional Design Assessment (WIDA) assessment is designed to assess a students’ English language proficiency across four domains: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. WIDA is used for both proficiency and growth calculations, and provides guidance for the student’s learning needs.
