Redwood Elementary principal Jolynn Koehler received one of the highest honors bestowed by the Utah School Counselors Association during the organization’s recent fall conference.
The Human Rights Award recognizes educators, counselors, and community members who actively promote and facilitate human rights projects and activities. Koehler was one of a select few individuals who received the honor this year.
Koehler has been principal at Redwood Elementary since 2015. Since her appointment she has worked diligently to coordinate several programs and community initiatives in support Redwood’s diverse student population.
Jill Price says
She is a wonderful principal. She works so hard to make a difference in these children’s lives. Though I no longer work at Redwood, I enjoyed my years there.
