Administration Reports
Don Adams, assistant superintendent of Support Services, presented a report on the impact of cost increases on the long range Capitol Outlay Plan.

Recognition
The board recognized the 5A state champion Cottonwood High School Baseball Team.

Mayor Participation
Taylorsville City Mayor Kristie S. Overson addressed the board concerning the city’s partnerships with the district and various completed and ongoing projects.

Information Items
Linda Mariotti, assistant superintendent of Student Learning & Support, presented a report on the Gradebook app. It is anticipated the vendor will be producing a prototype in September, which will be tested by the district for future rollout to parents and students.

Ben Horsley, director of Communications, presented an update on the Grade Reconfiguration Process.

First Reading
The board approved a first reading of Article V.C.1.b. – Turanround Plans for Low Performing Schools as presented by Doug Larson, director of Policy & Legal Services.

The board approved a first reading of amendments to Article X.A.12. – Wellness, Nutrition, and Competitive Foods as presented by Doug Larson, director of Policy & Legal Services.
