West Valley Police have lifted the Lockdown but a Lockout is still in place at both locations.
Please DO NOT come to the campuses as there may be a potential threat in the area and you will NOT be permitted to come inside the building during the protocol. Law enforcement have upgraded the protocol at Hunter High School to a Lockdown which means that all activities in the building will cease and all classroom doors will be secured. Hillside Elementary remains on a Lockout protocol.

Law enforcement have placed Hunter High School and Hillside Elementary school in a Lockout protocol due to suspicious activity in the area. A lockout protocol allows for the exterior doors to be secured to prevent any potential threat from coming onto the campus. School is able to proceed as normal inside of the building. Both schools have been secured. Please DO NOT come to the campus as there may be a potential threat in the area and you will NOT be permitted to come inside the building during the protocol.
