In consultation with parent and teacher stakeholder groups, school leadership conducts a needs assessment, identifies goals and strategies to improve student learning, and aligns resources to meet these goals. This continual planning process incorporates evidence-based strategies, fulfills planning requirements for Targeted Support and Improvement schools, Title I schools (if applicable), and all schools’ Teacher and Student Success Plans.
